What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards You can also pay via our Paypal partner.
How do I change or cancel my order after I have paid?
Orders can only be changed if the items have not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service by mentioning your request + order number immediately to try a change.

How do I use a discount code?
Discount codes or gift cards must be applied after validating your shopping cart. We can not adjust the prices after the order has been submitted.
Note: Only one code can be used for a purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed.
Is your site secure?
Yes! We use Shopify. All Shopify stores include a 128-bit SSL certificate, which is used in particular throughout the payment process. In addition, Shopify's hosting and e-commerce software comply with the PCI Level 1 standard.
Deliveries
How long will my order be shipped?
All orders submitted before noon (12 hours) will be shipped the same day or the next day. If the order is placed after 12 hours, it will probably be shipped the next business day.

Returns and exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes! If one of your articles does not please us we will gladly accept it for a return:
CHILLNEED must be informed of any return or exchange by email before sending your item
The goods can be returned up to 14 days after the arrival of the parcel to your door
The goods must be unused and in perfect condition to be eligible for return or exchange
The goods must be accompanied by the original invoice and the original packaging
We will gladly accept any unused, clean and in its original packaging for a return or exchange. To learn more about our rules, please consult our return policy.
Did you receive my return/Exchange?
You will receive an email notification when we process your return/exchange.
I just returned my original order and ordered another one in exchange. Why hasn't my new article arrived yet?
We do not ship the newly ordered items until we receive the original item in Exchange.
What if a product is missing in my order?
If there is something missing in your order, please contact us immediately.
